Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Leader for APAC, based in Singapore, to oversee regional quoting, procurement, and order management, driving efficiency and supplier performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience across sales operations, procurement, order management, or supply chain functions.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across APAC and delivering operational improvements.

• Lead quoting, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance management.
• Oversee order management from PO receipt to invoicing and update stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvements and governance across APAC operations.
