Hunt is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Compensation to own global compensation operations, ensuring the accuracy, governance, and financial integrity of commission payments across end-to-end processes. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales compensation operations, governance, audit, or related fields.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute scenario modeling and stress-testing for plan spend and macro shifts.
• Generate global payout estimates and compensation decision models.
• Analyze plan effectiveness and support target-setting frameworks.
• Lead validation and control overview for global payroll runs.
• Review and approve large payments and non-standard payouts.
• Review clawback, recovery, and withholding protocols with Payroll and Compliance.
• Sign off on SOX controls and audit-ready documentation.
• Explain commission formulas and payout outcomes to sales teams and leaders.
