• Strong financial judgment and analytical capability.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Ability to lead through high-pressure monthly payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

• Model and stress-test compensation scenarios to forecast plan spend.
• Refine payout estimates and models to support budgeting.
• Analyze plan effectiveness and support target setting.
• Lead validation for global commission payroll runs and sign-off.
• Approve large or non-standard payouts and executive incentives.
• Oversee withholding, recoveries, clawbacks, and related policies.
• Sign off on monthly SOX controls and financial reporting.
• Perform risk evaluations on deal cancellations and data integrity.
• Conduct variance analyses and data sanity checks.
• Support resolution of compensation disputes with stakeholders.
