The Western Union Company is seeking an Own Store Support Specialist to provide technical support for company-owned retail locations worldwide. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational technology issues affecting store operations and coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to minimize business disruption.

Role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 2+ years IT experience, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience and/or certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of IT related experience.
Fluency in English – both verbal and business writing skills.
Has strong knowledge of end user hardware and software solutions.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical support to company-owned retail locations worldwide.
Troubleshoot, resolve and coordinate incidents and service requests.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors and store personnel to minimize disruption.
Maintain asset inventory records and assist with equipment ordering and lifecycle management.
Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Escalate critical incidents and assist in restoring services.
