Job summary

The Western Union Company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate to handle in-person transactions, assist customers, and ensure compliance with store standards.

You will process money transfers, manage cash, and contribute to loss prevention while collaborating with a team to meet performance targets. Fluency in English is required, and weekend work is available.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in financial services or retail)
• Cash management experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Experience in currency exchange is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions in line with compliance rules and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Welcome customers and assist with processing their transactions
• Handle cash and maintain cash register operations, including reporting
• Collaborate with the team to meet operational and performance targets
