Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead delivery execution, governance, and agile practices for our mobile engineering teams. You will oversee PI planning and end-to-end release management for iOS and Android applications with global delivery partners.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Product, QA, and vendors to ensure successful planning, execution, and release readiness across Singapore, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Dubai.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, programme management, or release management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple Agile teams across distributed locations.
• Strong understanding of iOS/Android release processes and external app stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Increment planning and cross-team delivery initiatives across global teams.
• Own end-to-end release governance for mobile applications and manage release calendar.
• Coach Scrum Masters and drive continuous improvement in Agile practices.
• Provide executive reporting on delivery health, risks, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA and external partners to ensure successful releases.
