Job summary

Dyson is seeking a highly driven Release Train Engineer to lead delivery execution, release governance, and agile practices across our global mobile engineering organisation. You will coordinate between Engineering, Product, QA and external partners to ensure successful planning, execution and release of customer-facing mobile apps.

You will lead Scrum Masters, manage end-to-end release management for iOS and Android, oversee release calendars, and report on health, readiness, and risks while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software delivery or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple agile teams in complex technology environments.
• Strong track record with mobile app releases for customer-facing products.
• Ability to drive delivery improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience working with external vendors and offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI planning and cross-team delivery initiatives.
• Drive alignment across globally distributed agile teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ARTs.
• Lead Agile Health Checks and translate learnings into actions.
• Own end-to-end release management for iOS and Android apps.
• Govern release readiness, Go/No-Go decisions, production deployments.
