Job summary

Dyson GmbH is seeking an experienced Lead iOS Engineer to join the mobile app team. You will own significant areas of the iOS platform, drive complex feature development, and shape technical direction.

You’re proactive in improving performance and collaborate across product, design, QA, cloud, and embedded teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will work with Swift, MVVM/Clean Architecture, and modern iOS tooling to deliver high-quality apps used by real customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping iOS applications.
• Strong expertise in Swift and modern iOS architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience owning features or subsystems end-to-end, from design to production.
• Experience with unit and UI testing, and quality engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex features and systems within the iOS app, ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design with senior engineers and tech leads.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with modern iOS best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, cloud, and embedded engineering.
• Mentor and guide other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance engineering effectiveness.
