Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead in Singapore to drive enterprise change management for major initiatives. You will own organizational adoption, readiness, and benefits realization across functions and geographies.

You will develop strategies, coach leaders, and establish metrics to measure adoption success, while collaborating with governance teams to align processes and operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.
• Experience leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Design and execute strategic communication plans tailored to projects and audiences.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
• Create training strategies and enablement assets to support change initiatives.
