Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a leader to drive adoption and enablement for Global Project Management initiatives in Singapore. You will lead organizational change, align leadership, and realize transformation benefits across functions and geographies.

You will coach leaders, design communications, and establish metrics to monitor adoption and benefits realization while partnering with governance and process teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent advanced education preferred.
• 5+ years in organizational change management.
• Hands-on experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications.
• Experience leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with transformation goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and execute strategic communications plans for projects and audiences.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather input and provide updates.
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of change and communications.
• Use data-driven insights to improve change management strategies.
• Evaluate readiness and define mitigation actions for change risks.
• Partner with Process Governance to assess impacts on operating models and roles.
• Create enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools.
• Establish champion networks and support training delivery.
