Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT and business transformation initiatives across multiple countries. You will own end-to-end planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality.

The role requires senior leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on governance and change control.

Qualifications

• Established IT experience with business problem solving
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Experience applying project management methodologies (PMI, Prince II, Agile)
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate in matrix environments

Responsibilities

• Track quality, scope, timeline, effort, resources related to estimation and change requests
• Develop and execute the overall project plan; analyse proposals impacting schedule and budget variance
• Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones and required activities
• Stakeholder management across countries; manage escalation, expectations, scope changes
• Manage all changes to the agreed scope; assess impact on timeline and ensure approvals
• Prepare investment approval decks; organize PSC and chair meetings
• Oversee risk and issue management; implement mitigation plans
• Ensure process adherence and timely delivery of artefacts per development methodology
• Measure, monitor and report progress; implement a project communication plan and adjust schedules as needed
