Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for the NTU-University Scholars Programme (NTU-USP) administrator. The role supports overseas learning, outreach, student leadership development and major programme initiatives within NTU-USP.

You will manage overseas learning administration, advise students, coordinate course matching and placements, and handle risk, budgeting and reporting. You will also drive publicity across platforms and support events, clubs, and VIP hospitality for the Singapore

Qualifications

Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proactive team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Overseas Learning & Administration: manage SOP updates, student advisory, course matching, applications and placement coordination with partner universities.
Overseas learning: monitor travel conditions and support risk and safety processes.
Outreach, Communications & Publicity: lead development and execution of campaigns, manage publicity platforms and produce marketing materials.
Student Club & Leadership Development: advise NTU-USP Club and support 40-45 student-led activities annually, tracking budget.
Singapore Symposium: supervise hospitality planning for VIPs, coordinating accommodation, transport and guest services.
Other Responsibilities: maintain programme website and intranet, support special projects and events.
