As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of the MSc in Precision Scientific Instrumentation (MSPSI). You will oversee admissions processing, curriculum coordination, timetabling, candidature matters, internship administration, and examination support to ensure smooth programme delivery in compliance with University policies.
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end programme administration from admissions to graduation. Coordinate internship processes and documentation across relevant MSc programmes. Oversee curriculum documentation, timetabling, and course registration processes. Support examination operations and mark entry processes. Process PTL claims and support faculty administrative matters. Coordinate closely with faculty, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements: A degree holder from a recognised university. Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme administration or higher education operations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with academic administrative processes and institutional systems. Ability to work independently within defined operational frameworks.
