Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a recognised university with 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in higher education administration or programme management is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end operations of Professional Exposure Programmes (PA, ESP, WSDeg, OEP).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound student mobility, including applications, nominations, course registration and credit transfer.
• Liaise with faculty, divisions, partner institutions and industry stakeholders for programme delivery.
