Job summary
UNISOFT INFOTECH PTE LTD seeks a Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager to lead large, high-value technology programs across multiple countries. The role focuses on governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement with a track record of turning around troubled programs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive APAC exposure across telecoms, financial services, government, cloud and cybersecurity, and possess strong Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery expertise plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in IT Program/Portfolio Management, Technology Transformation or PMO leadership
- Proven track record delivering and turning around complex, high-risk technology programs
- Strong C-suite, executive, customer and stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading large, multi-country and cross-functional teams, preferably across APAC
- Strong expertise in program governance, risk/RAID management, delivery assurance, financials and vendor management
- Experience across digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, networking, telecommunications or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated commercial, strategic and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing and executive presentation skills
- Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CISSP or ITIL, PMI-CPMAI - Certified Professional inManaging AI highly desirable
- Other recognised certifications in program management, Agile, cybersecurity, cloud or IT service management
