Job summary

PCS Security Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale IT and engineering integration initiatives. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align scope with time and budget, and lead cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, execution and maintenance, while monitoring risks and optimizing costs. Collaboration with customers and solution teams on RFPs is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT / CS / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT and engineering integration projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Knowledge of security requirements and government security standards advantageous.
• Professional certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, CISSP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project activities to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage full lifecycle IT and engineering project delivery within scope, schedule and budget using PM processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, development, testing, commissioning and maintenance services.
• Define project management plan, roles, objectives, deliverables, schedule, risks and communications.
• Control project budget and costs to maximize revenue and margin.
• Establish risk management plans and mitigation actions.
• Build and lead a high-performance delivery team and provide direction.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder relationships and provide progress updates and issue resolution.
• Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with solution teams on RFPs.
