Job summary

Pacific Life Re seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across our global organisation. You will manage projects spanning infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data centres and enterprise applications, coordinating with regional teams to ensure successful delivery and operational handover.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across Asia, Australia, the UK and the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex technology and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Certified PM methods (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating cross-regional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium and large-scale technology projects across regions.
• Drive technology transformation including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and platforms.
• Manage stakeholders, governance and third-party vendors to ensure timely outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, business cases and benefits realization.
• Demonstrate ownership and foster collaboration across global teams.
