Job summary

Unisoft is seeking a Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager to lead complex, high-value technology programs and portfolios across APAC and multiple business units. The role provides strategic leadership across delivery, transformation, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in IT Program/Portfolio Management or PMO leadership.
• Proven track record delivering high-risk technology programs.
• Strong C-suite, executive, customer and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading large, multi-country cross-functional teams, preferably across APAC.
• Expertise in program governance, risk/RAID management, delivery assurance, financials and vendor management.
• Experience across digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, or networking.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CISSP or ITIL highly desirable.
• Other recognised certifications in program management, Agile, cloud or IT service management.

The Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-value technology programsand portfolios across multiple countries andbusinessfunctions.
