Job summary

ByteDance Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to manage the general service category across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, you will drive regional procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced tech environment.

As an individual contributor, you will handle end-to-end P2P, negotiate contracts, build a robust vendor pool, conduct annual reviews, and implement best practices such as rate cards and catalog

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Business-level English proficiency to collaborate with APAC stakeholders.
• Independent work with strong attention to detail.
• Fast learner with adaptability to a fast-changing, matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on managing the Workplace Services category and ensure smooth operations.
• Build category intelligence through sourcing analysis and local market understanding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive RFPs, select suppliers, and resolve purchasing issues.
• Provide end-to-end procurement support, including PR-Contract-PO-Payment, and contract negotiation/execution.
• Develop a robust vendor pool and conduct supplier performance management including annual reviews.
• Drive procurement efficiency by creating contract frameworks, rate cards, and catalog management.
• Establish constructive partnerships with key business stakeholders and understand supported business units.
