Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage end‑to‑end procurement, inventory and logistics across Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea. The role requires coordinating sourcing, purchasing, storage, and movement of products to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will work with multi-brand operations, use Excel for data analysis, and may leverage Korean language skills for supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or open to fresh graduates with relevant knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems is an advantage.
• Korean language ability is a plus for regular supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement process including sourcing, quotes, POs and delivery follow‑up.
• Source local and international suppliers for ingredients, beverages, packaging and operational supplies.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and terms to optimise cost and efficiency.
• Coordinate warehouse, inventory and logistics across Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Track supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Support cross‑functional teams to ensure timely supply and smooth operations.
• Analyse procurement data and prepare management reports for cost control.
