Job summary

INITIA Group in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive to oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics across its brands in Singapore and Malaysia. You will manage sourcing, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up to ensure timely supply and cost efficiency.

You will build strong relationships with local and international suppliers, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-border shipments between Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, PO creation, and supplier coordination.
• Source local and international suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate warehouse, inventory, and cross-border logistics between Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
