Job summary

KLA is seeking a procurement leader in Singapore to drive daily purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization. You will manage inventory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a team to enhance procurement efficiency.

The role focuses on strategic sourcing, governance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced electronics environment. SAP/ERP proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders within authorized limits.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations; drive process improvements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, ethics standards, and regulatory requirements; support audits.
