The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing procurement, inventory, warehouse coordination, logistics, and supply chain activities across the Company Group’s businesses. The role supports the sourcing, purchasing, storage, and movement of products, ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies from Korea across Singapore, and Malaysia, ensuring timely supply, cost efficiency, and smooth business operations.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, order tracking, supplier coordination, and delivery follow-up.
Source and manage local and international suppliers for F&B ingredients, beverages, packaging, salon products, equipment, consumables, and other operational supplies.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial conditions while identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved purchasing efficiency.
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and other supply chain partners.
Monitor supplier performance, product quality, pricing, lead times, and delivery reliability, and coordinate corrective actions when required.
Coordinate warehouse and inventory management, including receiving, storage, stock issuance, stock rotation, replenishment, and regular inventory checks.
Monitor inventory levels and consumption trends to maintain appropriate stock availability while minimising overstocking, stock shortages, expiry, and wastage.
Coordinate local and cross-border logistics between suppliers, warehouses, outlets, and business locations in Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Track international shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Verify procurement, shipping, delivery, and inventory documentation and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with F&B, Salon & Wellness, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and outlet teams to understand requirements and ensure timely supply of products and materials.
Support procurement and supply chain planning for new outlet openings, renovations, events, new products, and new business concepts.
Analyse procurement, inventory, and logistics data and prepare reports to support management decision‑making and cost control.
Identify and implement improvements to procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes and SOPs.
Monitor potential supply disruptions and develop alternative sourcing or logistics solutions where required.
Perform other related procurement, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates and early‑career professionals with relevant knowledge, skills, or strong learning agility.
Logistics related experience is an advantage (but not required).
Interest in and/or relevant experience in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems/software is an advantage.
Willing to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment and adaptable to rotational training.
Proficiency in Korean is an advantage where the role requires regular communication with Korean‑speaking suppliers or stakeholders.
