Job summary

MK CONSULTING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized procurement professional to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory coordination for Singapore operations. You will support new outlet openings and coordinate timely delivery of equipment and supplies.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams, with a focus on cost efficiency and process improvement. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Forecast purchasing needs based on inventory and operational trends.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and wastage.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and outlet teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Support inventory optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
• New Outlet & Project Support: Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovation projects.
• New Outlet & Project Support: Coordinate delivery timelines for equipment, packaging, and operational supplies.
• New Outlet & Project Support: Ensure smooth setup and operational readiness before launch.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Support sourcing for new menu items and seasonal promotions.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.
