Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Space Processes & Experience expert within the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence in the global Real Estate & Facilities department. You will analyse real estate processes, improve efficiency, and drive measurable workplace experience metrics across cross-functional teams.

You will independently plan and oversee multiple RE&F projects, collaborating with real estate and broader organisation stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in space process consulting, change management, or real estate management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing by objectives and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of user experience and ability to identify pain points in processes and policies.
• Familiarity with internet-related business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the real estate business to analyse processes and improve efficiency across cross-functional teams.
• Enhance workplace user experience by analysing portfolio and user behaviour and driving measurable experience metrics.
• Plan and oversee multiple RE&F projects with cross-functional stakeholders; track progress and propose improvements.
• Lead standardisation of business processes and governance.
