The Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team is part of the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence within ByteDance's global Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department. The team tracks and drives the optimisation and consistency of office core experiences, and provides process consulting and guidance for RE&F and other Corporate Service team on global projects.As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Qualifications
