Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to support its global datacenter fleet. You will help manage the end-to-end lifecycle of server infrastructure and ensure scalable, reliable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
• Lead a testing and commissioning team to perform L1 to L5 commissioning tests and resolve design/technical issues.
• Review data center infrastructure drawings and ensure design intent is met.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and review Data Center MEP Design for new data center builds.
• Support technical management and evaluation for global Data Center procurement.
• Participate in commissioning and testing discussions to verify design elements.
• Support DC Engineering FM team to address design limitations and risks.
• Identify risks through on-site inspections to ensure secure and stable operation.
