ByteDance's Corporate Real Estate team manages a rapidly growing portfolio, aiming to create a safe, productive, and inspiring workplace for employees. The Transaction Management team leads planning, site selection, commercial negotiation and leasing execution for our global office spaces.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and translate business requirements into practical real estate solutions.
• Able and willing to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Own APAC real estate portfolio tracking and space planning, including occupancy, seating capacity, business demand and supply-demand forecasting.
• Assess workplace requirements such as workstations, meeting rooms and functional spaces, and develop solutions balancing feasibility, efficiency, cost and employee experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, negotiation, project execution and issue resolution.
• Manage day-to-day space operations and drive improvements to workflows, systems and planning processes.
• Conduct data analysis, market research and benchmarking, and translate insights into recommendations and decision-making materials.
