ByteDance is seeking a Space Processes & Experience expert within the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence in the global Real Estate & Facilities department. You will analyse real estate processes, improve efficiency, and drive measurable workplace experience metrics across cross-functional teams.

You will independently plan and oversee multiple RE&F projects, collaborating with real estate and broader organisation stakeholders.

• 3+ years' experience in space process consulting, change management, or real estate management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing by objectives and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of user experience and ability to identify pain points in processes and policies.
• Familiarity with internet-related business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team is part of the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence within ByteDance's global Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department. The team tracks and drives the optimisation and consistency of office core experiences, and provides process consulting and guidance for RE&F and other Corporate Service teams on global projects.

• Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of the real estate business to analyse processes, identify issues, propose solutions, and improve operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.
• Enhance the workplace user experience across ByteDance by analysing the real estate portfolio and user behaviour, developing and testing objective, measurable experience metrics, and driving innovation in workplace experience.
• Independently plan, deliver, and oversee multiple key RE&F projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Real Estate team and wider organisation. Track progress, evaluate outcomes, and proactively propose improvements where needed.
• Lead the standardisation of business processes and continuously improve process quality and governance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in space process consulting, change management, real estate management, or a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of user experience, with the ability to proactively identify user pain points and risks in processes and policies.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in managing by objectives, delivering projects, and demonstrating a clear sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business acumen, with familiarity with internet business models.
• Prior experience improving operational processes within global organisations.
• Ability to switch effectively between strategic ("zooming out") and detail-oriented ("zooming in") perspectives.
