Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for International Business to support sales with technical expertise on Digital C4 products. The role bridges customer needs with solutions, requiring network and wireless knowledge and potential travel.

The position offers permanent full-time work in Singapore, with location at Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio and standard hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm. Salary available up to $6,000 plus VB, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Communications and Networking required.
• 3 years of pre-sales and engineering solutions experience in defense, international and engineering domains preferred.
• Experience developing and conducting product and solution demonstrations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to develop technical proposals and strategies.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales materials.
• Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support development of proofs-of-concept and prototypes.
• Provide training and support to customers and sales teams.
