Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a strategic and hands-on analytics leader to drive end-to-end delivery of data insights informing business decisions and organisational strategy. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in data analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong foundation in analytics, statistics, economics, applied mathematics or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to wrangle, model, visualise and derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Experience translating analytics into business value for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compilation, analysis and reporting of KPIs with timely insights.
• Translate datasets into actionable recommendations for business and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee data cleaning, ingestion, transformation and analysis across sources.
• Design analytics strategies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Apply statistical techniques, forecasting models and data visualisation to generate insights.
• Identify trends to guide strategic decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Whole-of-Government agencies and external partners on data initiatives.
• Provide advisory on data, analytics and economic impact assessments.
• Oversee reporting cycles, publications and stakeholder data requests.
