Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead enterprise-level people initiatives that shape the employee experience across the organisation. You will run the Employee Engagement Survey, translate listening data into insights, and partner with consultants and internal stakeholders to act on results.

You will spearhead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, support leadership development, and oversee HR risk reviews, the sustainability reporting, and the people scorecard to strengthen

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR experience in large organisations.
• Experience with employee listening tools or analytics dashboards.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong project management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Employee Engagement Survey cycle.
• Translate listening data into actionable insights.
• Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to support leaders.
• Spearhead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, roadmap development and partnership activities.
• Support leadership development and other people programmes.
• Steer the annual HR risk and materiality reviews.
• Lead people-related sustainability commitments and reporting.
• Own the people scorecard and management reporting.
