Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a strategic analytics leader to drive end-to-end delivery of data insights that inform business decisions and organisational strategy. Lead a high-performing team, partner with stakeholders, and translate data into meaningful outcomes.

You will oversee analytics delivery, governance, and collaboration across product, engineering and business units, guiding the team to align analytics outputs with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, including at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Strong foundation in analytics, statistics, economics or applied mathematics.
• Proven experience in data wrangling, modelling, visualisation and insight generation.
• Familiarity with statistical modelling, forecasting and market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compilation, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators and deliver timely insights.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Oversee data cleaning, ingestion, transformation and analysis across multiple sources.
• Design analytics strategies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
