Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a payroll professional to validate payroll results across all countries in scope, interpret pay policies, and ensure accurate calculations of time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments.

You will review manual checks, identify process gaps, document procedures, lead payroll projects and support audits with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Validate payroll results across all countries in scope using reports and macros; run post-payroll audits, build metrics and track errors
• Interpret pay policies (overtime, holiday work, deductions, withholding exemptions) and stay current with statutory changes to keep payroll accurate and compliant
• Review manual checks and pay adjustments; maintain payroll systems so time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are computed correctly
• Find process gaps and fix them through standardisation and risk controls; document processes with process maps, procedures and training manuals
• Lead payroll projects and change requests, including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates; support internal and external audits with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions
