Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Global Payment Associate in Singapore to support integration and expansion of the payment network across markets. You will coordinate with PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers, and work with product and engineering teams to onboard partners and run tests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in payments or fintech, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1+ year experience in payment/fintech roles.
• Understanding of card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and expansion of the global payment network with partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, testing, and go-live follow-ups with product/engineers.
• Collect requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor payment connectivity, and help resolve operational issues.
