Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a data-driven professional to lead the design and implementation of client-facing FX products within our cross-border payments division in Singapore. You will collaborate with business, trading, compliance, and finance teams to drive growth and ensure scalable FX product solutions across regions.

The role emphasizes understanding cross-border remittance and e-commerce dynamics, plus delivering end-to-end product implementations and growth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of relevant experience in financial or payment institutions.
• Solid and in-depth understanding of the cross-border payments / FX industry; background in banking, payment institutions, or related financial industries is preferred.
• Strong client-side product design capabilities, with experience in client-facing product design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the business logic, market landscape, and product models of cross-border remittance or cross-border e-commerce.
• Deliver complete, actionable FX product solutions based on business direction, customer needs, and user scenarios.
• Design marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition, retention, and engagement; build marketing platform capabilities; and design business monitoring metric systems.
