Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments/BNPL/eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with end-to-end product management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine BNPL product roadmap and strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions with regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end BNPL transactions from onboarding to dispute resolution.
• Partner with analytics to create reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance.
• Work with customer support and operations to resolve BNPL issues promptly.
• Stay updated on BNPL industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
