Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Product Leader to define and drive the BNPL vision within its Global Payments team in Singapore. You will shape the product roadmap with input from legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing and business units, ensuring a seamless experience across ByteDance products and services.

You will analyze regional and global market trends, customer behavior and data to identify opportunities for growth, while maintaining regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• In-depth BNPL, payments or FinTech product experience required.
• Experience driving data-informed decisions across teams.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize features, and launch.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine BNPL vision, strategy, and product roadmap with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
• Collaborate with partners to design, launch, refine and integrate BNPL products into the payment platform and TikTok ecosystem.
• Analyze SEA and global market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to insurance solutions.
