ByteDance, the global technology company behind TikTok, is seeking a Payment Network Product Manager to support the Global Payment team in Singapore. You will help expand and optimize our global payment network by coordinating with PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers, and work with product and engineering teams on onboarding and API testing.

We value detail-oriented, proactive collaborators who can manage multiple tasks, collect requirements, and ensure timely delivery while exploring new payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1+ year in payment/fintech/product roles.
• Understanding of payment ecosystems (cards, e-wallets, transfers).
• Experience with requirement gathering, coordination, testing.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist with payment channel integration and partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to test and go-live.
• Gather business and technical requirements and documentation.
• Monitor payment network performance and resolve issues.
• Research payment methods and new technologies to support expansion.
