Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Singapore seeks an Order Management Analyst to fulfilment for APAC markets. You will handle sales orders, invoicing, and OTC processes, coordinating with dealers and RHQ to ensure smooth operations across vehicles, P&A, and MotorClothes.

The role requires 1–2 years in operations/order management with SAP knowledge and strong English communication. SAP ECC6 proficiency and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in related discipline.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and invoice-related documentation related to dealer orders.
• Full order-to-cash cycle responsibility, including pipeline management.
• Monitor Parts, Accessories and MotorCl clothes order processes for completeness and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.
• Handle enquiries from internal teams and dealers about order management.
• Prepare reports and manage returns including disputes investigations.
• Document workflows and support UAT for new systems.
• Maintain SAP alignment with GTM strategies and dealer portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
