Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Singapore is seeking an Order Management Analyst to execute the fulfilment process for Harley-Davidson products in assigned markets. You will handle sales orders, improve the order-to-cash cycle, and work with dealers to ensure smooth operations across Asia Pacific.

The role requires 1–2 years in operations/order management, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of SAP ECC6.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and invoice-related documentation for dealer orders.
• Full order-to-cash cycle responsibility for vehicles, Parts & Accessories and MotorClothes orders.
• Collaborate with RHQ functions and dealers to align operational processes in Asia Pacific.
• Monitor inquiries from internal teams and dealers; respond in a timely manner.
• Maintain SAP to align with GTM strategies affecting visibility, orders and inventory.
• Support UAT and cross-functional initiatives to implement improvements.
