Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Operations Key Account Manager to oversee the international freight operations for a major tech customer, based in Singapore or Shanghai. You will coordinate with regional teams to ensure service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the CEVA network.

The role requires strong freight forwarding experience, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record of leading process improvements in a complex, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience managing multinational accounts at regional/global level.
• Strong ability to drive service recovery and continuous improvement.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; BI tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global operational relationship for a strategic technology customer across Air & Ocean freight services.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational issues across regions.
• Monitor global operational performance against SLAs and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Lead global monthly/quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional OKAMs and country operations to ensure consistent service.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Support onboarding of new business across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation, and data analytics.
