Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of ocean freight experience with leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of international ocean freight operations and compliance.
• Proven success in managing large-scale regional/global operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Toll's global Ocean Freight strategy and product P&L.
• Lead and optimize carrier partnerships, pricing, and trade lanes.
• Own end-to-end operations, productivity KPIs, and risk management.
• Drive cross-regional collaboration with commercial, procurement and sales teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across sea freight activities.
