Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Global NVOCC & Ocean Governance Manager to establish and drive a world-class governance, compliance, and operational excellence framework across the organization’s global ocean freight and NVOCC operations.

You will partner with Ocean Procurement, Trade Management, Operations, Finance, IT and regional teams to standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and optimize carrier programs while driving continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in ocean freight forwarding or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of global NVOCC regulations and governance.
• Proven experience implementing governance frameworks and audit programs.

Responsibilities

• Own global NVOCC governance framework and act as SME for operations, compliance and governance.
• Ensure compliance with FMC/OTI, OSRA, tariffs, NRAs, ENS/ICS2, AMS/ISF, ACI/eManifest, etc.
• Lead global audit, risk management and corrective actions across regions.
