Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in freight forwarding, logistics solutions, or related field.
• Experience supporting customer requests, solution design, tenders, and commercial development.
• Good understanding of ocean freight products, logistics ops, and supply chain solutions.
• Able to translate customer requirements into practical, scalable logistics solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with pricing analysis and business reporting.
• Proficient in Excel; CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• English fluency; additional Asian languages preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of ocean freight pricing and solution strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Key Accounts to design tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare pricing analyses and contribute to RFQs, tenders, and opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings and commercial reviews with pricing insights.
• Analyze customer supply chains and cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Procurement to design end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor market trends and carrier developments to inform decisions.
• Support profitability initiatives through pricing analysis and cost optimization.
• Coordinate onboarding of new opportunities from commercial to operational execution.
• Assist in resolving pricing/solution issues with internal teams and providers.
• Maintain accurate pricing data in line with policies and guidelines.
• Prepare business performance reports highlighting growth and profitability.
