Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in ocean freight or international logistics.
• 5+ years in senior management or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and documentation.
• Established network with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve annual SGD 5 million target.
• Oversee end-to-end ocean freight operations and service quality.
• Lead and mentor teams across sales and operations.
• Negotiate contracts, tenders and rates with carriers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with regional offices to deliver integrated solutions.
