SATS Ltd., head-quartered in Singapore, invites a Global Mobility & Rewards Intern to join our rewards team. You will gain hands-on experience across global mobility, compensation programs, and HR operations in a multinational environment.

You will support assignment administration, mobility data management, market benchmarking, and process improvements while developing analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business/HR or related field.
• Penultimate or final year of study; open to full-time interns.
• Prior internship in HR/rewards preferred.
• Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Proactive, organized, eager to learn; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support global mobility operations, including assignment administration.
• Assist with mobility data management and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements for mobility workflows and automation.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, including benchmarking and data collection.
• Maintain rewards and mobility data accuracy and integrity.
