Job summary

SATS Ltd., head-quartered in Singapore, invites a Global Mobility & Rewards Intern to join our rewards team. You will gain hands-on experience across global mobility, compensation programs, and HR operations in a multinational environment.

You will support assignment administration, mobility data management, market benchmarking, and process improvements while developing analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business/HR or related field.
• Penultimate or final year of study; open to full-time interns.
• Prior internship in HR/rewards preferred.
• Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Proactive, organized, eager to learn; good teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Role Summary: The Global Mobility & Rewards Intern will support the Global Rewards team across global mobility and compensation workstreams. The role provides hands‑on exposure to rewards programs, data analysis, and HR operations within a global environment.

A significant portion of the role will focus on supporting global mobility operations and initiatives, including international assignments, mobility policies, and employee mobility across different geographies.

• Support global mobility operations, including assignment administration, mobility data management and vendor coordination
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of global mobility workflows and processes through process mapping, identification of enhancement opportunities, and the gathering of business requirements to support automation initiatives that drive productivity and operational efficiency
• Support compensation and benefits activities, including market benchmarking, data collection, and analysis
• Support other rewards and global mobility projects, such as policy reviews, and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain and analyse rewards and mobility data to ensure accuracy and integrity

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Social Sciences, HR or a related field
• Preferably in the penultimate or final year of study. Recent graduates who are available for a full-time internship will also be considered
• Prior internship experience preferred, ideally in HR, consulting, or rewards
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
