Job summary

You will work with the ITE Work-Study Diploma Programme and SATS Graduate Assimilation Programme, developing project management and communication skills while engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or Social Sciences.
• Internship period: indicate exact availability in resume.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• PowerPoint mastery highly advantageous.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
• A team player with good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including posting on job portals and screening resumes.
• Plan and participate in physical events (e.g. school career fairs and job fairs).
• Gather documents for onboarding and ensure timely processing.
• Collate, analyze and interpret recruitment data and present findings in PowerPoint for weekly or monthly meetings.
• Perform cold-calling for interns and graduate programmes.
• Support ITE Work-Study Diploma Programme and SATS Graduate Assimilation Programme, and plan engagement events.
