Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Employee Benefits team member to enhance well-being and optimize value across benefits, leave and travel programs. You will contribute to policy design, drive improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to operations and management.

You will collaborate with teams to renew, educate, and communicate benefit changes while ensuring efficient processes and accurate administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, Data, Automation, Events, Communications; or in other studies with interest.
• Meticulous and numerate with keen eye in problem-solving.
• Strong in MS Excel with aptitude in IT tools and application.
• Interact well at all levels and strong in written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and learn key features of employee benefits, with focus in 1-2 areas.
• Employee Insurance: renewal, census, payment, claim advisory.
• Leave and Benefit Plans: leave, medical/holiday/flexible benefits, re-design and enhancement, user guide.
• Duty Travel (Business Travel): traveller case resolution, travel management company, travel systems, traveller education, policy, user guide.
• Policy and Communication: policy review and alignment, employee communication and awareness.
• Data Dashboard and Analysis: data crunch into business storyboard.
• Automation: convert repetition into automation.
• Ops Improvement: process mapping, identify improvement potential, implement solutions.
• Event and Corporate Partners: roadshows, lunch talk, long service awards, corporate partnership.
